We have a specific pricing formula.  We start at $350 for a Complete Home Inspection up to 3000 square foot, single story home. There are specifics that can change the price, like two stories, crawl spaces, detached garages, pools/spas... but we will NOT upcharge you for extra time and services! Our prices are set in stone and listed below, you will know beforehand what the costs will be. Please call us for an accurate quote!

Crawl Spaces                                               -  $50
Detached Garages                                       -  $100

Radon Testing  (3 day test)                        -  $150
Re-Inspections (within 60 days).               -  $50

I refer out Termite and Sewer Scope inspections. Termite requires a special license, and Sewer Scopes are more technical than merely shoving a camera down the drain clean out. I insist that my clients get the BEST service and inspections as possible, so hiring experienced, licensed, professionals is the best way to insure that! I only refer to inspectors I know and have worked with before that I would put my name and reputation on.

Due to problems getting payment, we no longer send invoices to the Title Company for payment at closing. All services must be paid for at the time of inspection by cash or check only. We also do not accept Seller Pays anymore unless there is a check from them at the inspection. Sorry for any inconvenience.
