I have over 25 years of experience in the home construction/maintenance business. I have owned and operated rentals, single family homes, duplexes, and quadplexes. I have worked for a building material supply company, gaining lots of product knowledge along the way. I am not a real estate agent. I am not a contractor doing home inspections on the side for extra work or finding defects in your home and trying to get the repair work. In fact, that is illegal.
